Cajun Dirty Rice Seasoning


Use it on everything! Recipe idea: In a skillet, brown 1 lb. ground beef. Drain excess oil. Add 3 tablespoons ANDY ROO'S CAJUN DIRTY RICE SEASONING (and 1 teaspoon salt, if desired). Cook approximately 2 minutes. In another pot, boil 3-1/2 cups water. Add 1 cup rice, stir well, simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add beef, stir and cook for 12-15 minutes. Serve after all water is absorbed. Serves 4 to 6. Great with turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffings, domestic or wild fowl. Ingredients: parsley, garlic, onion, dried bell pepper, cayenne pepper, celery and other spices. No salt or MSG. Available in three sizes: Small: 4 oz Large: 20 oz Gallon: 5 lbs.
