New Orleans Style Grilled Fish Seasoning
Use on all your favorite grilled seafood!
Recipe idea:
Select your favorite filet of fish - trout, catfish, bass, red snapper, tuna, etc. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons ANDY ROO'S GRILLED FISH SEASONING over fish followed by a 1 teaspoon dash of Worchestershire sauce. Place a pat of butter on the filet. When the grill is hot, sear fish evenly on both sides, taking care not to over cook. Enjoy!
Ingredients: onion, garlic, oregano, parsley, cayenne pepper, black pepper, lemon powder, curry powder and other herbs and spices.
